•You are able to feel like the past is in the past.
•You are able to stay in your Window of Tolerance when something from the past gets triggered.
•You are able to live in the present moment and engage in life with people around you.
•You are able to be more present in your body.
•Reparenting the younger parts of yourself is looked at with compassion.
•You are able to set healthy boundaries. Learning to say no and understanding that not giving someone else what they want is ok.
