I am a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker at Pasadena Trauma Therapy. I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma including sexual abuse, physical abuse, and emotional abuse. I also work with those struggling with addiction and process addictions. I have a passion for working with survivors of institutional trauma (ex: religious institutions and the “Troubled Teen” industry). In addition to trauma work, I am intensively trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD.

I take a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed approach with my clients, honoring your right to self-determination. I am an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirmative clinician. I work from an attachment-focused perspective, acknowledging the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship.

With my clients, I take an eclectic approach including, but not limited to:

  • Internal Family Systems/ “parts work”
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • EMDR

I have practiced in a wide range of settings include non-profit organizations, residential treatment centers, schools, homeless services, and outpatient/partial hospitalization programs.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my dog, Rhody, reading, and playing Squash (the sport, not the vegetable!)

I am honored to walk the path of healing with my clients. I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your past and determine a path for your future.
